FLORENCE, Ala., May 21 - In a house near the Tennessee River was a former model for Vogue who was widowed and lived alone. The house was the only structure in Alabama designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the legendary architect. It was planned in 1939 and built the following year for Stanley and Mildred Rosenbaum, then newlyweds. [The Huntsville Times]
